Under a terrible flood He inaugurated the 19th edition of Autoclásica, and today on its second day it will remain closed.
Just in the year that F.I.V.A. (International Federation of Elderly Vehicles) selected Autoclásica among the four "Elegance Contests" around the world, the weather makes a bad move to the Classic Car Club (C.A.C.), responsible for the implementation and organization.
Already on Friday it opened its doors with very little convocation of people and now for security reasons of the public, of the people who work on the premises and of the vehicles exhibited, the president of the C.A.C. Ricardo Battisti, said that today Saturday 12 will not open the doors of Autoclásica 2019.
According to the press release "... the Organizing Committee understands that being an outdoor event these unforeseen events may occur." Then, why their policy of "It is not suspended by rain" ?, it enables them not to return the entrance fee to those who bought in advance.
If the weather stays in these conditions, Autoclásica 2019 may not open its doors the rest of the weekend.
